Documents Required:
1. Application for registration filled completely and correctly
2. Updated Biodata
3. Nursing basic education transcripts (copy + original).
4. Basic education of not less than 12th Std(PDC) (copy + original)
5. Copies of Nursing and Midwifery Certificates (Diploma, Bachelor, Master etc) (copy + original)
6. Proof of registration with a Nursing and Midwifery Council (copy +original).
7. Experience Letter from Employer (copy + original) (Minimum number of years required:
5 years for bachelor’s degree holders. 5 years for Diploma Degree holders.)
8. Copy of the passport (copy + original)
9. passport-size photograph (8)
10. Prometric result beloved 6 month validity(copy + original)
(All certificates to be produced during the interview to support candidate’s qualifications.)
NOTE YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE REJECTED IF:
a) You do not meet the given requirements.
b) If you were found to have forged any of the documents.
c) Have not been employed for over 6 months from the recent 2 experiences
d) Salary per month Oman Riyals 845/- (Rs: 140000/-)
Requirements for MOH Nurses
- Protmetric required 60% and above only .
- Required complete documents as per the check list (original + 3 set photo copy)
- Experience not less than 5 yrs.
- Experience 4.5 and 4.8 will consider if they have Midwives, Bachelor or Master degree.
- Prometric certificate is valid for the 6 month only, from the day of exam, before that will be not considered in interview.
- More than 6 month gap is not qualified between recent 2 experiences.
- Compulsory original Prometric result should carry on the day of interview.
- X-Employer of MOH required reason of leaving and letter of MOH on the day of interview.
